Church Mission Statement

"To reach the world one soul at a time with the Good News; and to teach them how to have a loving relationship with God, and send them out to do the same."

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authorative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)

We believe that there is only one name by which man can be saved and forgiven of sin, and that is Jesus Christ. (Acts 4:10-12, 1 John 1:9)

We believe that man is sinful by nature, and must be born again by the Holy Spirit in order to be saved and that salvation is a free gift of God by personal faith and confession in Jesus Christ. (John 3:3, Rom. 3:10-13, Rom. 6:23)

We believe in the active work of the Holy Spirit in all who have trusted Him for Salvation, and by whose filling, the believer is empowered and taught how to live a godly life. (Acts 1:8, John 14:26)

We believe that Jesus Christ has directed His church (the Body of Christ) to evangelize (preach the good news of the Gospel) and make disciples of all nations. It is therefore the work of every member of the Body of Christ to carry out this great commission. (Matthew 28:18-20)

We believe that the Bible states all who confess Jesus as Lord should be baptized and follow him completely. (Matthew 28:19)

We believe that the love of God is the greatest power available to transform a life. As a church learns to love others with the Love of God, people will be drawn to Jesus Christ. It is the loving kindness of the Lord that brings men to repentance. (Jeremiah 31:3)

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. He was born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life. He gave His body as sacrificial death for all sin. He resurrected from the dead. He ascended into heaven. He sits at the right hand of the Father as our high priest, and will personally return in power and glory. (John 1:1-4, Matthew 1:2, Hebrews 4:4-14-16, Acts 1:9-11, Matthew 28:6, Romans 5:6-8)

We believe that the full Gospel of Jesus Christ is given for us today! (Mark 16:15-18)
